Beginners Class– Every Monday 3:45pm – 5:00pm.
Moderately Paced Class– Every Tuesday 5:30pm – 6:45pm.
These classes are open to anyone in the community. There is a fee of $10.00 for one session or $37.00 for 6 sessions.
PURPOSE: To ease tension, enhance mindfulness and nurture relaxation of body, mind and spirit through movement, breath work and guided meditation.
GROUP LEADER: Jenn Mason, instructor
The instructor Jenn Mason has been sharing the practice of yoga with others for 6 years. She certified at the 500 hour level with Jan Hauenstein & Judy Bar with Try4Life. She is grateful to have studied with many wonderful local and national teachers. She enjoys fusing elements of different yogic paths and Qigong to create an interesting and relaxing practice. Jenn is also a Reiki Master and a certified laughter yoga leader.
